Games room

If you’re staying at Monnington House and Garden Cottage, there is a Games Room. It is in the old stable block just across from the house beyond the small lawn. In it you’ll find a pub-sized pool table and table football. As usual the room is full of books too so if you wish to quietly escape the madding crowd for a read you could consider this. There is no heating here so please bring a fleece and wrap up. We request children under 12 are supervised if using the pool table.

Bring your trainers and fleece and enjoy a game of table tennis in this rustic room. For the use of guests from Monnington House and Garden Cottage.

Table Tennis

Guests at Monnington House and Garden Cottage also have use of the rustic table tennis room. It is in the outbuilding beyond the car parking area. A great room for letting off steam for perhaps showing your skills to your uncle or best friend and win! This room is great when the rain comes and particularly popular during the winter months. It has a concrete floor and no heating so don’t forget your trainers and fleece.
